A free, independent directory of verified links to Norwegian health authority resources — built for market access, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement teams at pharmaceutical companies operating in Norway.
Why we built this
Pharmaceutical market access in Norway involves navigating a fragmented landscape of government agencies — DMP, HELFO, Nye metoder, Sykehusinnkjøp, Beslutningsforum, Helsedirektoratet, FHI, Lovdata and others. Each has its own website, its own navigation structure, and its own update cycle.
Market access teams spend significant time every week simply finding the right page. This hub puts all the most-used links in one place so professionals can find what they need in seconds rather than searching across ten different government websites.
It is free, has no login, and is not behind a paywall. It always will be.
Who curates it
Carl Haakon Samuelsen has spent over a decade in health economics and market access, working both in-house at global pharmaceutical companies and as an independent consultant. His expertise spans evidence strategy, health technology assessment and EU Joint Clinical Assessment readiness across the Nordic region.
Based in Oslo, he has personally led Norwegian reimbursement submissions and pricing and access work through the country's health authorities. He founded Outcomes Analytica, a market access consultancy supporting pharmaceutical and biotech teams operating in Norway and the wider Nordic region.
How links are selected and verified
Official sources only
Only links to official Norwegian government, health authority or recognised international sources are included. No third-party summaries or aggregators.
Direct operational pages
Each link points directly to the most-used page, not a homepage. If a team needs the DMP submission guidelines, we link there directly.
Manually verified URLs
Links marked "Verified" have been manually confirmed to resolve to the correct page. Links marked "Needs verification" have not yet been fully confirmed.
Reviewed monthly
All links are reviewed on a monthly cycle. The "Checked" date on each card shows the last confirmation date.
No fabricated URLs
We never add a link we cannot confirm. If we do not have a verified direct URL, we mark it as pending rather than guessing.
Norwegian language flagged
Resources only available in Norwegian are marked with a Norwegian badge so international teams know before they click.
